Research papers related to theoretical, computational or algorithmic aspects of cohomology of groups,
algebraic number theory and K-theory, automorphic forms, arithmetic groups, symmetric spaces, and
lattices will be considered. Submission of well-written expository/survey papers is also encouraged.
These topics were the focus of meetings in Banff 2012<https://www.birs.ca/events/2012/5-day-workshops/12w5075>, Oberwolfach 2016,<https://owpdb.mfo.de/show_workshop?id=3164> Luminy 2019<https://conferences.cirm-math.fr/1995.html>, and will be
