[GAP Forum] Problem to load cohomolo package

Dear Members

I am using Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2807 64-bit window 8 system.
I am trying to load cohomolo package. The following message is comming
#I Package "cohomolo": The program 'extprun' (for example) is not complied
# 'cohomolo' is thus unavailable
#I See the installation instructions; type: ? Installing the package fail


What is the problem? How can I load the package?
