Dear Andreas and John,

Many thanks for your answers.
I used SetPariStackSize(256) and it helped!

My PARI/GP version:
                  GP/PARI CALCULATOR Version 2.5.0 (released)
             amd64 running linux (x86-64/GMP kernel) 64-bit version
        compiled: Nov 17 2011, gcc-4.6.2 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.2-2ubuntu1)
(readline v6.2 disabled, extended help enabled)

Best wishes,
Daniel
