There's probably a nicer way, but you could do

gap> g:=SymmetricGroup(4);
gap> ccsg:=ConjugacyClassesSubgroups(g);
gap> V:=Representative(ccsg[5]);
gap> StructureDescription(V);
"C2 x C2"
