[GAP Forum] GAP4r4p5 and DirectoryTemporary() on Windows 2000

Dear Forum,

mk*temp are obsolete BSD functions.
Linux manpages say explicitly: 
"Don't use this function, use tmpfile(3) instead. It's bet�ter 
 defined and more portable."

Perhaps it's time to move on, and switch to tmpfile ?
